Challenging conundrums for our talented mathematicians!

Pupils from Years 5 and 6 took part in the national Primary Mathematics Challenge competition recently. The questions were all to do with problem solving, using mathematical skills along with logic and thinking 'outside the box'.

In Assembly, they were thrilled to receive their certificates. Four children were awarded the prestigious Gold Certificate, ten received the fantastic Silver Certificate and eleven received the well deserved Bronze Certificate. We are really proud of their achievements and hope that they will continue to enjoy and inspire others to enjoy taking part in this type of competition.

Well done to all of the children who took part!
