Year 8 Celebrate Outstanding Scholarship Success

We are delighted to celebrate an exceptional year of scholarship success for our exceptional Year 8 pupils at Salisbury Cathedral School.

Across a cohort of 19 pupils, an impressive 16 scholarships have been awarded in total – a remarkable achievement and a wonderful reflection of the talent, dedication and hard work of this year group.

This year’s scholarships were awarded across a broad range of disciplines, including Academic, Music, All-Rounder, Drama, Performing Arts and Choral, highlighting the breadth of talent within the cohort and the all-round education at the heart of a Salisbury Cathedral School experience.

We are equally delighted that every member of the Year 8 cohort has secured a place at their senior school of choice, with destinations including Winchester College, Rugby, Marlborough, Canford, Sherborne Boys, Dauntsey’s, Warminster, Godolphin, Leehurst Swan and Queen Elizabeth’s School, Wimborne.

We are incredibly proud of all that our Year 8 pupils have achieved, both in securing their next steps and in the manner in which they have embraced every opportunity during their time at Salisbury Cathedral School. We wish them every success and happiness as they move on to the next stage of their educational journey.
