Spring Bulb Planting Triumph!

Thank you to all the children who have helped plant 2,500 bulbs, creating new spring meadow areas within the grounds.

Just about every child has managed to contribute, planting a mix of native bulbs including bluebells, daffodils, snowdrops, grape hyacinths, primroses, winter aconite, crocus and cyclamen coum. For the few that haven’t yet taken part, there will be many more opportunities to enhance the biodiversity and habitats around the school. We’re very excited about planting a small orchard and erecting wildlife habitat boxes during this academic year.
