School Leadership Update
We would like to share an important update regarding our school’s leadership.
Following a period of illness, Sally Moulton has taken the decision to resign from her position as the Head of Salisbury Cathedral School.
Our priority is to ensure continuity and strong leadership for our pupils, parents and staff. Emma Reach, the school’s Deputy Head, has been acting as Interim Head during Sally’s absence and she will continue in this role into the next academic year as the governing body works on the recruitment of a permanent Head. She will be supported by Tom Halliday, who will take on the role of Interim Deputy Head.
Emma brings experienced leadership and a strong understanding of our school community. She is doing an excellent job of guiding the school through the busy summer term, as we celebrate our pupils’ achievements and enjoy the many sporting, cultural and social activities that are such an important part of this time of year.
We are immensely grateful to Sally for her passion for every child’s education, her commitment to academic and pastoral excellence and the warmth and compassion she has brought to her leadership.
As always, we will keep our pupils, parents and staff fully informed. In the meantime, Emma and the wider leadership team will continue to support our staff and pupils, guiding the school with care, energy and focus.
