A behind-the-scenes moment from our Darkness to Light services at Salisbury Cathedral.

Our candle bearers and choristers prepared with such calm focus, getting dressed, lining up together and sharing those quiet moments before stepping into the cathedral’s atmosphere. The excitement was building before the service even started.

From the first spark of light to blowing out their candles at the end, they carried themselves with maturity, grace and quiet confidence.
