Year 3 Visit Hampton Court
Year 3 pupils added extra interest to their study of The Tudors by spending the day at Hampton Court Palace. In addition to a tour of the Palace and its grounds, they were lucky enough to benefit from a "hands on" educational workshop in the magnificent kitchens where, with the help of costumed characters, they learnt about what the Tudors ate and how they prepared their food.
"It was a thoroughly worthwhile visit", said Mrs Greenfield. "The Tudors really came alive for the pupils and they loved every minute of the experience".
