Excellent Sporting Start to the Lent Term
The boys games department made an excellent start to the Lent Term at two tournaments on Wednesday 20th January. The boys' cross country teams headed off to the snow at St Francis, the senior boys team were very strong and had great individual finishes of 2nd, 4th, 8th and 13th, leading to an overall 1st position for the team. The junior boys finished a very credible 7th, considering they were all year 5 boys against a field of year 6 boys.
The Colts A hockey team took part in a tournament at Sherborne school. The boys played 9 matches, played fantastically well and were unlucky not to win as they only lost one match.
