Confirmation Service
On Saturday 11th June, ten of our children were confirmed at the Diocesan Confirmation service in the Cathedral - there were about eighty others being confirmed plus all the friends and relations so it was quite a crowd! Anna, Olivia, Hermione, Rosanna, Freddie, James, Tabitha, Violet, Isabella and Poppy have been preparing for this moment since January and the Chaplain has so enjoyed guiding them! Araminta and Harry were also part of our group - Harry was confirmed at Easter in Winchester Cathedral and Araminta wll be joining classes in her home church at a later date. It was very exciting because Bishop Anthoy Poggo from the Sudan confirmed our group which they said made it all the more special. Poppy was baptised as well by Bishop Graham Kings of Sherborne so she was well and truly "bishoped"!!
